KDT Soft. Recover Product Key
I have Windows 2000 and the software is not supporting the quick change of the product key?
Windows 2000 doesn't support a 'quick' product key change as such. To change the product key in Windows 2000 using our software, you must go through a short process. We've recorded a video to explain this process in detail:

When I open the software, Norton Anti Virus doesn't display on the menu.
For it to display, you may need to activate the new serial number. In the newer versions of Norton Anti Virus, for instance, the user may need to activate the new registration key before you can receive Live Updates / Update Virus Definition.
To activate it, simply open Norton Anti Virus and go to the "Help & Support" menu, then click "Activate"
Next, a new window will appear, and you can type in the new key using our software.
KDT Soft. Site Blocker
I have lost the password of the product. Is there a way to recover it?
Unfortunatley not. When developing KDT Site Blocker we had to ensure that the product was as resistant as possible to any potential password cracks. As a result, if you lose the password for using the product, your only option is to manually uninstall the product, or re-format your drive.
I have deleted a website from the 'blocked' list. However, after attempting to view the website, it appears to remain blocked. How is this resolved?
On rare occasions, certain website browsers are prone to storing old settings via their cookies. In order to 'update' the browser, it is suggested that both the cache and cokkie folders are deleted (restored).
